- If purchased from a non-specialized store, schedule a tune-up before your first major ride, especially for children’s bikes.
- Daily riders should consider a tune-up every 3 to 4 months.
- Casual riders, engaging in weekend or family rides, should aim for at least two tune-ups a year. However, a minimum of once a year, preferably in spring, is essential after prolonged inactivity.
My chain keeps falling off. Can I fix it myself?

Do you offer discounts for multiple bikes?
While our prices are already competitive, we do not offer discounts for multiple bikes at this time. If you plan to service multiple bikes simultaneously, contact us to discuss the possibility of a discount.
What happens after I book my appointment?
Keep in mind that bookings are requests, not official. We organize appointments by location, and if the requested time is inconvenient for your technician, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing vital information about your repair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, email money transfer, and Interac using our Square machine on-site. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept credit cards.
Do you service out-of-town areas?
In most cases, yes. While extenuating circumstances may limit service in specific cases, location is generally not an issue. If more than 25 km from the downtown core, a $30 travel fee applies.
