Most repairs are simple and can be performed on site. Some may require parts, however, if those are not readily available, they can be ordered through us. How often should I schedule a tune-up for my bike?
For optimal performance, we recommend different frequencies based on your usage:
- If purchased from a non-specialized store, schedule a tune-up before your first major ride, especially for children’s bikes.
- Daily riders should consider a tune-up every 3 to 4 months.
- Casual riders, engaging in weekend or family rides, should aim for at least two tune-ups a year. However, a minimum of once a year, preferably in spring, is essential after prolonged inactivity.

Keep in mind that bookings are requests, not official. We organize appointments by location, and if the requested time is inconvenient for your technician, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing vital information about your repair.

Do you service out-of-town areas?
If you are located outside our service area, please refer to our map, we charge a displacement fee of $0.7/km to and from your location.
